The cover of Carol Moore's book

Carol has done extensive research and investigation on the massacre of the Davidians back in the early 1990's. The book in which she wrote gave an incredible idea of what took place in the Branch Davidian's compound, in which law enforcements such as the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and the BATF (Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms) raided. According to her book

Attacks taking place during the siege

six months before the Waco Siege, agents from different law enforcement groups had spurned David Koresh's attempts to work with their investigation of his gun business that he pursued in his community. David Koresh wanted to invite them to see his guns that he hold possessions of (Moore,1995). On the morning of February 28, 1993, David Koresh came to the door of his establishment to cooperate with investigators, armed forces shot his father-in-law critically wounded him. Hours later, shots started to rang out from the sky in which helicopters were used to help hunt down other Branch Davidians, and according to Carol's book, four more Davidians were killed. With the attacks taking place violently, this began the 51 day Waco Siege in Texas (Moore, 1995).

Dr. Ian Markham who is the Dean and President of the Virgina Theological Seminary had some very interesting views of the massacre that took place in Waco, Texas in 1993. Dr. Markham elaborated in his article about the extraordinary and dignifying book that was written by Kenneth Newport about the massacre in Waco. According Markham, he stated that book which was written by Kenneth Newport "...has identified Waco as the venue of the greatest peacetime attack by a State of her people..." (Markham, 2006). From Dr. Markham perspectives, he stated that Timothy McVeigh the mastermind who chose the second anniversary of Waco to decimate the
Alfred P. Murrah building in Oklahoma City. Furthermore in his explanation, he also indicated that Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms were directly responsible for the action and deaths of the Branch Davidians and other law enforcement teams that were killed (Markham, 2006, para. 3).

Dr. Markham also started to imply about the significant small religious group that have developed into a distinctive eschatology. He goes on to say that the Seventh Day Adventist fear that the United States will become a tool for evil (Markham,2006). Thissubsequently became a plant that grew within David Koresh mind has he led his Branch Davidian group.
